Healing Hot Cacao Drink

The weather outside is frightful but what you can fit into your cup is so delightful, not to mention insanely good for your health and body. We wish to share a recipe that will certainly warm you from head to toe. 

Ingredients:


⅓ cups of water

4 tablespoons of raw cacao

2 pinches of salt

1 tablespoon of turmeric

2 tablespoons of coconut butter

2 tablespoons of matcha powder

3 tablespoons of honey

3 cups and a half of plant based milk

 

 

Instructions:


Boil your water. 

Add the water and cacao to a blender and mix.

Add the plant based milk if desired.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.

Serve in mugs.


Optional: sprinkle with a touch of rose petals, dates, cinnamon and nutmeg.
