Ceremonial Cacao Drink

• Bring water to a simmer (8-12 oz. per dose)

• Shave off 0.75-1.5 oz. of cacao for each dose (21g - 42g)

• Add desired spices and sweeteners to the simmering water until fully mixed

• Add cacao to the mix and stir until cacao is fully melted

• For a frothy and smooth finish, add contents to a blender for 30-60 seconds

• Serve hot, hold in your hands, breathe deeply, set an intention and enjoy
